This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Offers services on a sliding fee scale based on federal poverty guidelines of family size and income.
They ask patients to bring proof of income to their appointment to help determine whether they are eligible for the discount program.
No one is turned away due to lack of insurance or inability to pay.
