This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

To ensure equal access to quality dental care and preventive education for all. We fulfill our mission through clinical services, preventive education programs, training of professionals, and advocacy.
The Sliding Fee Scale is a discount program for self-pay patients at
Community Dental Care based on the Federal Poverty Guidelines for family
income and size.
Work Hour
Monday: 8:15am to 7:00pm
Tuesday: 8:15am to 5:00pm
Wednesday: 8:15am to 7:00pm
Thursday: 8:15am to 5:00pm
Friday: 8:15am to 1:00pm
Saturday: 8:15am to 1:00pm
