They are a non-profit tax-exempt consumer directed organization designated as a federally qualified health center. Moreover, they offer treatment of routine illness and injury and monitoring and treatment of chronic health conditions with a focus on diabetic patients.
Cross Trails Medical Center provides comprehensive oral health services at all three of its clinical locations. Services are provided by licensed dentists and registered dental hygienists.
