About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Fordland Clinic and Tri-Lakes Community Health Center offer dental services to all ages, starting with the very important 12 months old check-up. Most insurance plans are accepted. Services are provided free to children with Medicaid and at a discounted rate for those without insurance who meet income eligibility guidelines.
