This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The Monmouth Family Health Center Dental Unit is comprised of a team of dentists and dental hygenists who are dedicated to providing comprehensive and affordable dental services to adults and children:
- General dentistry care
- Teeth cleaning
- X-rays
- Fluoride treatments
- Sealants
- Fillings
Sliding fee scale available to those who qualify.
