About This Clinic
SJFMC has two mobile medical vehicles that move around Burlington and Atlantic Counties to provide primary health and dental services to area residents. Services provided by the "Mobile Medic" include general primary care for adults and children, health screenings, glucose testing, blood pressure checks, cholesterol screenings, HIV rapid testing, dental screens and emergency dental care.
The "Mobile Medic", equipped with a reception area, private patient exam rooms, and dental operatories, is staffed by licensed and board certified clinicians and support staff. The Mobile Medic travels to senior citizen housing complexes, schools, colleges, farms with seasonal farm workers, and other areas where access to primary health care is limited.
