Dental Open:
Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Contracted with Medicaid and many dental insurance plans. Uninsured
patients pay according to their income and family size. The initial
down-payment is $75. Payment is expected at time of service.
They provide primary medical care, dental care and WIC services and have integrated behavioral health care in the primary care setting for established patients.
First Choice Community Healthcare commonly extracts teeth, fills cavities, places crowns and bridges and performs root canals.
