PVMC accepts most insurance plans. We also have a sliding fee schedule and some patient assistance available for eligible individuals and families without insurance. Please be prepared to pay your co-pay, medications or other special services at the time of your appointment or make arrangements with a patient advocate for payment.
Hours:
Monday - Thursday: 8:00 am - 6:00 pm.
Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
