CHCB Community Health Center of Buffalo

About This Clinic

If you do not have health insurance (or if your insurance uses a high deductible and/or co-payment), the CHCB offers a reduced fee program.

The reduced fee becomes effective as soon as your application is approved, and stays in effect for one year.

The reduced fee pertains only to the CHCB charges and does not apply to outside vendors (such as medical and dental labs).

The reduced fee is based on your household size and income. Therefore, it is important to answer questions accurately on the application form.

The hygienists and dentists provide patient education in dental health and also integrate social, biological, psychological, and environmental factors into patient care.
