About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The scope of dental services includes urgent care, preventive, basic oral surgery, restorative and limited endodontics.
Urgent Care Dental Services are offered Monday – Friday mornings only.
By appointment only.
Payment is due when services are rendered.
Payment is based on Sliding Scale, Depending on Income & Family size.
Proof of Income & Family size is required.
Work Hour
Monday - Friday 8am - 8pm
Saturday 8am - 12pm
