About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The Community Action Agency’s Health, Behavioral Health and Dental Centers provide comprehensive health care to all people of any age and economic background.
Offers a sliding fee scale to those with no insurance who meet eligibility criteria. No one will be turned away due to the inability to pay.
