About This Clinic
Provides dental check-ups, dental hygiene instruction, teeth cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants, fillings, extractions and screening for oral cancer and other diseases.
Dental services are currently limited to children and youth, pregnant women, and persons living with diabetes.
Service hours:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday 8 AM - 5 PM;
Thursday 10 AM - 7 PM;
1st Friday each month 1 PM - 5 PM
Appointment preferred
Fees: None
Must be a member of a federally recognized tribe or a non-Indian dependant 18 years of age or younger.
Must provide photo ID/driver's license, CDIB, Social Security Card(s).
