About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Baby Teeth Matter Program: Pediatric dental services to ensure healthy smiles from a young age
Preventative dental care through regular cleanings
Partnerships with other Native communities to provide services in the community setting
Preventative Services to help you maintain good dental health
Restorative dental work: fillings, crowns, dentures and root canal treatments
Simple Extractions
Basic Periodontal Procedures
Sports Mouth guards
Walk in appointments whenever you have an emergency
Dental education is provided for healthy oral hygiene practices at home
Serves all patients regardless of inability to pay. Discounts for essential services are offered based on family size and income.

Monday – Friday, 7:30 am - 6:00 pm.
