This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Hours:
Monday 8:30 am to 8:00 pm
Tuesday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
Wednesday 8:30 am to 6:00 pm
The Primary Health Network Beaver Falls Dental Center, located in Beaver Falls, PA, opened in October 2001 and offers patients access to Dental Hygiene, Dentistry and Oral Surgery services.
The Sliding Fee Scale is offered to all income-eligible uninsured or under-insured patients based on annual household income for most of our services.
