This establishment is planned, provided and supervised by professional healthcare providers working together for positive outcomes in your health.
They maintain a Discount Fee Program specifically to help patients without insurance, and any patient is welcome to apply for the Discount Fee Program through the Finance Department. Those who do qualify will receive reduced rates based on family size and income.
