About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Mission: to provide access to comprehensive primary and preventive medical and dental services to residents of all income levels within their service area in Northeastern Pennsylvania, with special emphasis on the underinsured and underserved.

Fees are charged for all services. Medicaid, most commercial insurances, as well as direct patient payment are accepted as reimbursement for care. 
In addition they have a sliding fee program, based on income and family size,  that gives a discount to those who qualify.
