This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Blackstone Valley Community Health Care accepts most major Rhode Island insurance plans including Neighborhood Health Plan of Rhode Island, Blue Cross & Blue Shield, and United Healthcare. They also accept RIte Care, RIte Share, Medicaid, & Medicare members. BVCHC uses a sliding fee scale to offer medical services for qualified patients who do not have health insurance. Eligibility is based on household income and size. 

Hours: 

Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. Two Saturdays per month, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm. (September – May).
