This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Dentists and hygienists provide a full range of comprehensive dental services to both children and adults. Sliding Scale discounts are available for patients who are financially eligible. Thundermist does not limit access to service due to inability to pay
Hours:
Monday - Thursday, 8:00 am - 8:00 pm.
Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
1st Saturday of the month, 8:00 am - 1:00 pm.
4th Saturday of the month, 8:00 am - 4:00 pm.
