This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
MEHOP Heath Center's Dental Clinic provides comprehensive Family Dentistry services to children starting at 6 months of age and adults. MEHOP Dental offers a full range of adult and pediatric dentistry services which include routine exams and cleanings, sealants, extractions, fillings, crowns, root canals, teeth whitening, dentures, partials and oral health education.
If you are uninsured or have limited insurance benefits, MEHOP offers discounts (sliding fees) for services based on household size and income if eligible.
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
