About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Specializes in infant and child dental care. PCHS accepts most dental insurance including state medical. For those without insurance, the receptionists can help set up payment for services on a sliding scale, which allows you pay a fee based on your income.
PCHS services are available to patients without regard for
ability to pay. This does not mean that services are free, but rather
that a payment plan can be created or other resources may be available.

    Emergency care
    Dental education and information
    Access to PCHS pharmacies
    Offer referral services for more specialized care
