About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Offers routine and preventive dental care, extractions, fillings, crowns, bridges and root canals for adults and children.
Drop-in appointments available on select days, but stand-by appointments may be available any day.
Emergency clients are triaged according to urgency of condition.
Call for an appointment for regular services, or visit site on the designated emergency clinic day. Most clinics have emergency/drop-in hours one day per week, but clients can be placed on standby at any time if they have an emergency
Accepts most insurance plans, Medicare and WA Apple Health (Medicaid).
People without health insurance may qualify for sliding scale fees. Staff provides assistance with applications.
Up-front fees may be required for some procedures.
Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
Saturday, 8am-noon.
Drop-in hours: Monday, 7:30am-5:30pm.
