About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Provides diagnostic and preventative services, restorative services (amalgam and composite fillings), endodontics services (root canals), oral surgery (including extraction).
Fees: Accepts Apple Health (Medicaid), Medicare, private insurance, private pay, and offers a sliding scale fee.
Payment options: Medicare, Private Insurance, Private Pay, Sliding Fee Scale, WA Apple Health (Medicaid)
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm.
