Medical Diagnosis, Treatment of Illnesses, Immunizations, Physical Examinations, Screenings for Asthma, Hypertension, Diabetes, Tuberculosis, HIV and other Sexually Transmitted Diseases, Nutritional Guidance, Health Education, Laboratory Testing, Pharmacy, Family Planning and Birth Control Counseling, Gynecological Services, On-Site X-Ray, Mental Health Counseling, Hospital Coverage, 24-Hour Physician Coverage
Program Fees:
Accepts most insurances, including Medicaid, Medicare, HMO's, PPO's and other plans (please check with your insurance carrier to ensure your specific insurance is among those accepted)
Sliding Scale fee assistance for qualified patients (verified income-based)
