About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Services are tailored to the needs of the neighborhood and community and include treatment of common injuries and illnesses; obstetric/gynecological exams; health screenings; laboratory services, health and nutritional counseling; family planning and counseling; behavioral health services; dental care; school and college physicals; immunizations and social services.
Hours:
Mon 8am-7pm; Tue, Wed, Thu and Fri 8am-4:30pm; appointment preferred

Most health insurance plans, Medicaid, Medicare, Self-Pay/Full. Sliding fee scale system available for uninsured patients who qualify for financial assistance. Cash and checks are acceptable form of payments.
