About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Full-service pediatric dental clinic serving all children but with a focus on children typically underserved, i.e. those on Medicaid. Parent or legal guardian must accompany child.
Hours: Mon - Fri 9am-5pm; by appointment
Eligibility:
Children 1 - 20 years old, including those with special needs.
