About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

The school-based health center is open to all District 320 students, employees and their immediate families.

Children's Dental Includes:
    Emphasis on children and early prevention of cavities
    Dental health exams, treatment and education
    Digital dental x-rays
    Electronic medical/dental records
    Children walk-in dental emergency appointments: 8 am – 3 pm daily

Adult Dental Includes:
    Emergency treatment of pain and infection
    Tooth fillings
    Extraction
    Use of local anesthetic to minimize discomfort
    Same day appointments if available


Payment assistance discounts are available based on your ability to pay, family size and income. To be considered for a discount you simply provide proof of income. Discount levels are 25%, 50%, 75% and 100% on eligible services, and are re-evaluated annually.
