About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Eligibility:
Services are available to all eligible agricultural workers and their immediate families.
To qualify, an individual must give a majority (51%) of their labor to some form of agricultural work. The definition of this type of work is broad and extends to a variety of fields.
If you have any unique or specific questions, please do not hesitate to contact one of their offices. Staff members are always available to help determine eligibility.
Payment:
Cost is based on patient income, and sliding scale discounts are available.
Services are provided to those eligible regardless of ability to pay. They provide assistance with applications for Medicaid, Medicare, private insurance and other social service resources.

? Screening for cavities and prevention education
? Referrals to local dentists for exams, X-rays and treatment
? Referrals to oral surgeons or periodontists as needed
