Hours:
General Appointments: Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:30pm
Prenatal Clinic: 8:30am-3:30pm
Diabetic Clinic: 8am-5:30pm
Dental Clinic: 7am-6pm
No fees
Eligibility: Native Americans enrolled or eligible to be enrolled in a federally recognized tribe.
