At Rogue Community Health, we are devoted to providing comprehensive health care to all people of all ages and backgrounds. We serve the residents of Jackson County, Oregon, with clinics in Ashland, Butte Falls, Medford, Prospect, and White City and school-based health centers at Eagle Point and Ashland High Schools and at Butte Falls and Prospect Charter Schools.  We are recognized by Oregon Health Authority as a Tier 3 Patient-Centered Primary Care Medical Home at all sites and by the National Commission for Quality Assurance (NCQA) at a Patient-Centered Medical Home.
We are a full service medical home to meet your primary and preventative health care needs. We accept private insurance, Medicaid, Medicare, and offer a sliding-fee discounted services to those facing barriers to accessing medical care.

Online Bill Pay
In an effort to better serve our patients and their families, Rogue Community Health now offers a secure, online payment option.   There is no cost to use this service. 
Sliding-Fee Scale
To help our uninsured and underinsured patients with limited family income, we offer patients a sliding-fee payment scale.  Sliding-fee discounts are based on individual family size and income level.  We ask that you provide proof of income.
Proof of income documents may include:
    Most recent pay stub or unemployment stub
    Most recent tax return
    Award letter from SSI (Supplemental Security Income) or SSD (Social Security Disability)
    TANF (Temporary Assistance for Needy Families) statement from the state Department of Human Services
Payment Discount
Uninsured patients that pay their fee at the time of service can receive a discount.   Be sure to ask about this discount at the time of your appointment.
