About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Preventative services include prophylactic oral exams, cleanings, fluoride, sealants and X-rays.
Restorative services involve the different techniques used to repair, protect or remove broken or damaged tooth or teeth.
Emergency services involve oral infections and injuries which threaten or have the potential to threaten a patient’s life.
Qualifying patients are those who are economically needy, uninsured and
qualify for the sliding fee scale; or who receive Medicaid or Medicare Insurance without dental benefits and would otherwise qualify for the sliding fee scale.
