About This Clinic

This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.

Open Door Health Center (ODHC) is an independently owned and operated, non profit community health center, providing quality and affordable medical, dental, and behavioral health care to all people in Southern Minnesota.

Many private insurance plans are accepted, as well as MinnesotaCare and Medical Assistance (MA). Individuals with high deductible insurance and those without insurance may be eligible for discounts based on the sliding fee system, taking into account their income and household size.

Monday: 8:00 am - 7:00 pm.Tuesday - Friday: 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.
