About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
Shortgrass Community Health Center (SCHC) provides patients an option for first class dental care in Hollis and Harmon County. With a full time dental assistant on staff and a rotating general dentist, we are able to provide the following services:
General Dentistry
Fillings and extractions
Professional Dental Cleaning (Prophylaxis)
Dental X-Rays
Root Canals
Crowns
Bridges
Fluoride Treatments
Sealants
Preventative Care
Oral Health Education
Community Dental Programs
When services are required outside of our scope of expertise, they provide patients with a list of dental specialists.
Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm

Fees: Sliding scale services
Must provide photo ID/driver's license, proof of insurance or proof of income for sliding scale services
