About This Clinic
This is a SLIDING SCALE clinic. The costs for clinic services are based on either your income or they offer type of financial assistance. Contact the clinic directly to discuss prices for individual services which vary. Sliding Scale does not necessarily mean free.
The Community Health Center is pleased to offer a wide array of dental services. Dental services are available to patients of all ages, regardless of their insurance status.
Our dental services include:
oral examination
cleanings
extraction
x-rays
fillings
crowns
bridges
partials and dentures
Dental fees vary for individuals at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines and depend on which type of procedure or service is being rendered.
Hours: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm.
